Are there minimum lengths of stay?
No, guests who only want to stop one night are welcome.

What time is check out?
Check out from the hotel is by 10am, you can opt for a late checkout for £10 until 12 noon subject to availability.

What time will my room be ready?
Your accommodation will be available from 11am.

When do I pay the balance for my stay?
The balance for your stay is payable on or before arrival.

What happens if I cancel my reservation?
Cancellation will result in loss of deposit.

Can you send me out details of any special offers you have either now or in the future?
We recommend that you call us periodically to check as to whether we have any special offers on.

Notice of cancellation
Notice of cancellation, up to 3 nights booking must be received at least 48hrs prior to arrival date. For stays of 4+ nights, notice of at least 7 days are required. Failure to give such notice will result in the person making the booking being liable for paying the full amount. If you cancel, we shall endeavour to re-book the room and if we are successful, will refund the amount in excess of the deposit.
